Rainbow Slider Card...

Hey there, good to see you again!  Hope you're OK and enjoying the good weather!

I've been looking at all the slider cards that have been appearing on Pinterest, and I finally got around to having a go.  James has had a Maths Teacher for the last 2 years who has been absolutely fantastic.  She's an old school teacher, so won't take any rubbish off of anyone, and has shown complete faith in James, so I wanted to make her a card to say how much we appreciated her help and support.

Stampin' Up! have bought a stamp set out called Over the Rainbow, which was perfect.

The slider card started out with no colour at all, apart from the clouds that stamped all over the card using the Sprinkles of Life Stamp Set (told you this would be used loads).

As you slide the card out, the colour starts to appear as if by magic!  It is amazing when you see the colour start to appear.

This is the card fully pulled out and you can see all of the colour.  It makes the card look stunning, and I'm assured by James, that his teacher was delighted and impressed with the card!  I think the box of chocolates also helped!

If you would like to make a slider card, there are a huge amount of tutorials on YouTube to show you how to do this.  The card is relatively easy to make, but I would advise anyone who wants to make one to invest in some bulldog clips.  I'll be doing this before I make another slider card!
