I like my cards to be slightly imperfect to show that they are homemade and not shop bought, and this card gave more than one of my ladies a few issues! Have a look, you'll see what I mean!
I've recently received the That's the Ticket stamp set, and I wanted to use it, but in a different way. I've used Melon Mambo, Old Olive and Marina Mist, colours inspired by the rain and shine section of the Spring Summer catalogue. My tickets are not straight by any means, but my mantra as I was doing both of these classes is that they're not supposed to be perfect, they're handmade!! Three of the tickets are raised up on Stampin' Dimensionals so the card wasn't flat.
Because the outside of my card was quite busy, I've kept the inside of my card very simple. I've just stamped one ticket on the inside, and I've used Wishes Your Way stamps both on the outside and inside of the card.
Stampin' Up! Products used:
Very Vanilla Card stock
Melon Mambo Card stock
Melon Mambo, Soft Suede, Old Oliver and Marina Mist classic ink pads
That's the ticket stamps
Wishes your way stamps
Ticket Duo Punch
Stampin' Dimensionals
