First of all, I'd just like to wish you a Happy Easter! Hope you're having a lovely day, and have remembered that everything shuts down for the day (we keep forgetting every year and try to go shopping!!)
Anyway, onto today's post!! Yesterday was my good friend, Gille's, birthday, and she's a Stampin' Up! addict as much as me.... well almost! There was no other card I could give her apart from a handmade one using Stampin' Up! Products, so here it is!
This card was made using Core'dinations Card stock in Primrose Petals, embossed with the Vine Embossing Folder from Sale-a-Bration. I've then sanded the vine pattern using the new Stampin' sander block. The stamp set I've used is Bloomin' Marvellous, which you've seen me use before!
I always show you the inside of my cards, and Gille's card above is stamped on the inside, but I never show the envelope, so I thought I would this time. Because the card is going to be hand delivered, I could really go to town on the stamping, which I've done! Remember, if you're posting your cards by Royal Mail, you have to be a bit more reserved with decoration!
I wanted to buy Gille an item of Stampin' Up!, but because I'm not sure what she has now, I did the next best thing and made her a money wallet. I kept it in keeping with the card, and just changed the sentiment.
I really like these colours together, and will use them again!
