Card Swap Challenge Card for April...

As you probably know, I'm part of a Card Swap Challenge group, and I love it!  Sue Ralph from Birdcage Crafts runs the group, and on the 10th of each month, she will set a challenge.  I loved this months challenge, and the card all came together really quickly.

This month's challenge was to do tone on tone stamping, mine was really, to use paint chips from a Hardware store such as B&Q, and to include a detachable bookmark.  Here is my effort.

Even though it doesn't look like it, my ink really is the same colour as my card (well apparently it is), the ink came out darker than my card stock.  I love the blue paint chip flowers with the yellow too!

This is the detachable bookmark element of my card.  I have to thank Jenny McCormac from Gemini Crafts for the base of this card, as Jenny showed us how to make these at a Stampin' Up! Monthly meet.  I love it, and it will be part of June's Card Class.

This card was for Bibiana, right up in the highlands of Scotland, so I hope it arrived OK and she liked it!
