Hey there, thanks for stopping by! Another dose of my Christmas Album today. We are up to pages 14 and 15. You'll be pleased to know that my Christmas Albums stop on 1st January!
This is what I mean when I say that my album isn't all about Christmas! On 14th December, Emily was an absolute star and achieved her Stage 4 Swim Badge. Not only did she get her Stage 4 badge, but we were told that she was being moved up a class. The class that she's being moved into takes place completely in the deep end of the pool, so we are hugely proud of her. She is only 7 bless her, so to go in the deep end is fantastic!
Page 15 is about Christmas Decorations, and boy, did I have a Christmas Decoration to write about. Our local Market Town has a lantern parade every year, so every year for the last 4 or 5 years or so, we've spent 2 whole weekends making a lantern out of willow sticks, tissue paper and PVA Glue. This year, we made the Coca Cola Truck, complete with lights around the cab and trailer, and it got an amazing reaction at the Lantern Parade. This truck is about 4 feet long, and even if I do say so myself, is quite impressive. It's now hanging up in my garage ready to decorate our house next year!
