A first birthday card.....

I can't believe that our little Godson, Ryan, is now one!  Where did that time go?  We actually missed his first birthday, as we were away on holiday (bad bad godparents!), so I wanted to make him a birthday card.  Now I will admit, I've not used traditional small child colours or design, but I'd been itching to make this card out of the New Annual Catalogue ever since I'd received my copy.

This stamp set is the Blue Ribbon stamp set, which I love!  This stamp set is so versatile, but I wanted to use the design in the Catalogue.  I changed the colours, as they were green and pink, and decided on Pacific Point and Tangerine Tango.  I've also used the new Designer Series Paper.  If you've not seen the new catalogue yet, the new Colour Collection Designer Series stacks have all new designs!  well worth taking a look!

Again, I've used the Bring on the Cake stamp set, and particularly like this one.  Just by colouring in the numbers, you can determine what age the birthday card is for.
