I finally got around to completing some layouts, which is really good! I seem to have been card-tastic at the moment! Emily recently turned 6, and all of a sudden she's gone from being a baby to a young girl, and this photo shows how much she's changed.
We went bowling for Emily's birthday, so the photo turned out quite dark, which was great as it meant that I could use whatever colours I wanted.
As Emily is growing up, she's becoming more her own person, so this layout really is to remind her to think big and that she can do or be whatever she wants to be.

There's a definite moment, isn't there, around 6 when you suddenly realise they are not so little any more.
ReplyDeleteYou're absolutely right Lisa-Jane. Emily isn't little anymore but a young lady. Well.... lady might be a bit strong, but you get my drift!!
