Another Stampin' Up! Party make and take

I held my second Stampin' Up! Party last Friday (8th) with a lovely group of ladies, you know who you are, and this is the make and take we completed.

I spoke to my lovely hostess to find out what Stamp sets she liked and what colours she liked, and this was the end result.  This card is based on a design by Lynne Fahey.  I loved the vibrant colours that the hostess chose, and I used my colour coach to match the pink and turquoise up with the Daffodil Delight.

I've used the friendly phrases stamp set with Soft Suede Ink, which is one of my favourites.  I think the Soft Suede ink isn't as harsh as say a black, and of course I had to stamp the butterflies on the inside of the card too!

Stampin' Up! Products used:

Melon Mambo A4 Cardstock
Very Vanilla Cardstock
Papillon Potpourri Stamp Set
Four Frames Stamp Set
Friendly Phrases Stamp Set
Elegant Butterfly Punch
Tempting Turquoise Classic Ink Pad and Stampin' Write pen
Daffodil Delight Classic Ink Pad and Stampin' Write pen
Melon Mambo Classic Ink Pad and Stampin' Write pen
Soft Suede Classic Ink Pad
Basic Rhinestone Jewels

Thanks for stopping by.....

    1. Thanks Lynney! I wanted to mention you in my post, as I love this design and change it slightly every time I use it and its your design! I think this will be used with whatever butterfly stamps we have in the catalogue!

  2. I'm not a great Butterfly lover in the stamp variety but I love this card - I love how you're doing the inside of the cards too - really 'makes' it!

    1. Hey Ally, I never leave the inside of the card or the envelope hon! They go away from the Party or Card Class decorated! We just have to be mindful of the envelope, as Royal Mail can refuse to post!
