I love the versatility of Stampin' Up!

I held my first Stampin' Up! Party last night, which I loved, thank you ladies I had a blast!  I wanted to give the Hostess a lovely gift, as she's a good friend of mine!  My Stampin' Up! Group share lovely projects, and as soon as I saw this one, I knew who I was going to make it for!

This card holder is courtesy of Nicky Dexter and Michelle Last from my Stampin' Up! Group, and it was nice and easy to make!  I used a sheet of 12 x 12 Natural Composition Speciality Paper, which is gorgeous.   The Paper is more like Kraft Card Stock, which has a clear embossed pattern over it!  You can leave it natural like I have, or rub an ink pad over it, then wipe it with a sheet of kitchen towel to remove the ink from the embossing, and you get a resist effect.

This is the card holder open.  I haven't taken a photo of the closed folder, but the folder is about an inch thick.  The folder holds 6 cards comfortably, and could easily hold another 2 cards.

I made 6 matching Cards in different designs, but I used the same Stamp set, which comes with a corresponding punch!  That's what I love about Stampin' Up! is that everything Co-ordinates and is so easy to use!
