Finally some Scrapbooking Layouts!!

I'm finally, finally blogging some scrapbooking layouts (yay I hear you say!).  I have sat and completed a number of layouts, two of which I've photographed, so here is the first one!

Emily absolutely loved the snow, and it felt like my whole village was at the pond sledging!  Emily had a birthday party to go to, and we had to drag her away from the snow!  Needless to say she had to do the obligatory snow angel, which of course got her all wet!

This is a close up of some of the elements on the page!  Don't you just love those cute mittens?!  The mittens were made using the new Mitten Builder Punch in the Autumn/Winter Catalogue (Page 11), and the Festival of Prints Designer Series Paper (Page 20).

The layout itself has been made using the Snowflake Season Simply Scrapping Layout Kit, which is lovely.  The kit includes 2 sheets of single sided designer printed Crumb Cake paper, 1.5m Vanilla Satin Ribbon, 5 laser cut Silver Glimmer Paper snowflakes, Cherry Cobbler/Whisper White Bakers Twine, 2 mini clothes pegs, a sheet of printed embellishments and 2 die cut Gumball Green Paper (Gumball Green is a new in-colour).  All this, enough to do 2 layouts, is £8.95.

I've also used my Scallop Circle Punch and another sheet of the Festival of Prints Designer Paper to make a mount for the larger of the Snowflakes.

I enjoyed scrapping these snowy pictures, and preparing myself for this years snow!

Thanks for stopping by!

Sam
