Angel of the North Layout

I have managed to complete one layout while making all my cards!  I've always wanted to see the Angel of the North, and Craig "drove that way home" from Scotland in April.

This layout was completed using my July's kit from Cocoa Daisy.  The kit was full of October Afternoon 9 to 5, which I loved.  The background paper is October Afternoon's 9 to 5 paper, Meeting Minutes.  I've also used the 9 to 5 Washi Tape, all the rage at the moment, titbits and Miscellany.  The letters are October Afternoon 9 to 5 Letterpress and Sassasfras letters.

Out of the October Afternoon titbits, I split a folder in half to use the tabs, and the Noteworthy tab is from the 9 to 5 Miscellany.

I've used a metal tag out of the kit as a mount for the True Story circle.  Once this was firmly stuck together, I then covered it with Ranger Glossy Accents and left it overnight to dry.  It's given the tag a lovely glass finish.  I also love in the Arrow stamp set, one of three, that I received with my kit.  This has been stamped using my Prima Blue Jay Chalk Ink.

This layout was a layout where I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out, but I'm really pleased with the overall look.  Is there somewhere where you've always wanted to go??

Thanks for stopping by and sharing my travels with me!
