Emily's first school project was to bring Rory the Lion home to visit for the weekend! We had to take Rory with us, and the record his adventures in a scrapbook that School provided. One of the things that we did with Rory was take him to Sainsbury's for a Cream Tea!
This layout was made using American Crafts Dear Lizzy Neapolitan range, and the colour of Emily's t shirt matched it perfectly. I used my Martha Stewart Cherish Punch to punch around the large matt for the page.
I like making card stock ribbons at the moment, and they appear on quite a few of my layouts! This ribbon was made with Dear Lizzy Vellum, and I've used this as a basis to "attach" my wording. You make my heart sing is fixed to the cardstock using foam pads, and has a Tim Holtz Gem paperclip attached, and the other wording on my layout touches the ribbon to tie it all together.
Cardstock ribbons are easy to make and look so effective. I'm going to see how many ways I can use them!

Lovely colours Sam - matches Emily's top perfectly x
