Another Bella & Friends card

Hey there, good to see you again. So last week I showcased a Bella & Friends pop up banner card. Today I'm going to show you another Bella & Friends card.

 

This is the stamp that made me fall in love with this Stamp set.  I love the puppy floating on a balloon. I've also used the watercolouring technique using a Stampin' Up! Aqua pen.  I love watercolouring, and the aqua pen makes it so easy, as your Stampin' Up! Inks turn into paint pallets.
