All Boy Layout

Hey there, thanks for stopping by!  This is my second post in March, can you believe it!!  The first two months have gone in a flash.

Today, I'm showing you a layout I completed of James, a very rare layout indeed!  James is 17 now, so getting photo's of him is almost impossible.  Not only do we not see James do anything anymore, he is really camera adverse!  The photo on this layout was taken while we were on holiday in Cornwall, so he had no choice.

I love the backing card stock on this layout and is very teenage appropriate!  This layout was very easy to complete, as I've just used card stock that was from one piece.  Because the backing card stock was busy, I decided to matt the photo of James onto plain card stock.  This way, you still see the photo even though it's on busy background card stock.

For me, this layout is very busy embellishment wise with lots of little bits and pieces stuck here and there.  My layout style is quite clean, I don't tend to layer or over embellish, so this is a bit busy for me.  Goodness knows when I'll get my next photo, so I'm glad that I could scrap this one of James.

Stampin' Up! Products used:
Daffodil Delight Card stock
Pacific Point Card stock
